Cake pops are becoming really popular - there are so many differnt flavours and bases, the only limit is your imagination.

At Exquisite Cupcakes we create -

Cake based with yummy frosting, coated in chocolate - with heaps of decorations
OR
Tim tam based (heaps and heaps of flavours), coated in chocolate
OR
Oreo based -coated in chocolate

Oreo Cake pops.....  are on my agenda to create this weekend.

Everyone loves a chocolate bickie, why not add some chocolate and make your heart melt when you bite into these little treats. With my taste tester at home, I'm sure they will be great hit, and ill let you know how successful they are...

The list is endless, the only thing holding you back is your imagination!

Painted Chocolate Cake Pops

Happy Friday Everyone,

It has been a busy time in the kitchen the last 24hrs. I had an order for a christening (girls) cake pops.
Many hours were spent in creating these beautiful cake pops - which i must say were exquisite.

Chocolate cake, covered in white chocolate, then hand painte with pink petal dust. Hand mad flowers (pink of course) and pink butterflies...

These were an absolute joy to create... and from the reaction of the customer this afternoon... they were really happy with these cake pops.

Great weekend and whats coming up this week

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have all had a great weekend.

Ours has been packed with heaps of great things...

Firstly i enjoyed putting together some great ideas for a customer for Christening cake pops... very much looking forward to creating these next week.
Had a great night chilling out with some lovely ladies last night... girls nights should be more often!
Good food and lovely wine.

Today we had the pleasure of going to "Old petrie town" enjoyed walking around the area, sampling some fine food ( Scones with home made jam... Yummy!) We then popped up the road to Dayboro day festival - checked out the antique markets and picked up a bargain, then over to the main street to watch the waterless raft race - quite a dramatic race.

We have had such an enjoyable weekend spent in the sun... enjoying the outdoors and everything that this great area has to offer.

This week at Exquisite cupcakes we will be creating:

Christening Cake Pops and i will be playing with a new cupcake bouquet idea.
